Are the therapists male or female?
Our therapists are trained professionals, and you can request a female or male therapist when you book. We will confirm availability for your time slot.
What if my hotel does not allow outside guests?
Tell us your hotel when booking. Many hotels allow in-room services if you notify reception. If yours does not, we can arrange another place, such as a villa terrace or a private space.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a quiet space about two metres by one. We bring the massage table or mat, sterile towels and aromatherapy oil. Please tell us about any allergies or injuries beforehand.
How do I pay?
You pay your therapist after the session. Prices are shown in IDR and include the full treatment.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can.
